Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp cheddar cheese
- half can of black beans
- half container of cherry tomatoes
- 2 tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp olive spread
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
Grab your eggs and crack them in a bowl. I add one egg yolk and 5 egg whites. Yolks contain an array of essential vitamins and minerals, but are loaded in fat. Whisk together the eggs and add desired spices mentioned above.


Next put your burner on its highest setting and spritz with splash of olive oil. Then place your tortilla in the pan to get it nice and crispy on both sides. Once your wrap is ready, put aside and put the burner on a low heat setting. Then pour your eggs in the pan.


While your eggs are cooking, spread avocado, and olive spread on your wrap. Then you can cut up cherry tomatoes as a nice fresh side. I find it easiest to split my eggs down the middle with a spatula to turn over and keep the form. Once your eggs are finished cooking, add them to your wrap. Fold your wrap and cut in the middle on an angle and eat your yummy burrito.
